ROTO-PUSH -
Foerster Instruments, Incorporated
The ROTO-PUSH test station, which is integrated in production lines, serves to test cylindrical components for cracks in the liner surface. The testing configuration has to be rotated for automatic crack testing. After the test, the test pieces are sorted and separated. The continuous test run ensures a high testing rate, which increases profitability.

GP-X -
Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America
The inductive displacement transducers of the GP-X Series use eddy current techniques and are particularly noted for their highly accurate measurement at a resolution of 0.02% F.S. with minimal linearity error, a high sampling frequency of 40kHz and low temperature dependence. GP-X Series Sensors are ideally suitable for the highly accurate motion and distance control of metal objects in harsh industrial environments.

DEFECTOMAT® Product Familiy -
Foerster Instruments, Incorporated
The DEFECTOMAT systems by FOERSTER were specially developed for quality testing and process monitoring of long products. From hot testing to all bright steel processing steps, the surfaces of semi-finished products made from austenitic, (non) ferromagnetic metals can be tested for defects. The DEFECTOMAT systems operate in a contactless and non-destructive manner in accordance with the eddy current method and are used for detecting short defects, such as holes or localized defects and transverse defects. The systems detect defective materials fully automatically and reliably. Defects can be marked, classified, and automatically discarded. the test speed of up to 150 m/s facilitates 100% testing, even at high production speeds. The systems benefit from low operating costs and frugal energy consumption as well as low maintenance costs, few wear parts, and low use of materials.

Promis 10 -
IRIS Instruments
The Promis device is a multi-frequency, multi-spacing 3 component slingram type EM System for sounding and profiling the soil. This system features a transmitter loop to produce a primary magnetic field that will induce eddy current in conductive materials. These eddy currents will generate a secondary magnetic field that will be measured with the receiver loop. This system measures the in-phase and the out-of-phase components of the secondary magnetic field.
